Terms of Use

PitchForm is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page sums up what that means and how the subscription works.
The agreement
Your use of PitchForm is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If anything on this page differs from the EULA, the EULA applies.
In plain language
- You may use PitchForm on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store allows.
- Your matches are yours. They stay on your devices, as described in our privacy policy.
- PitchForm is for fitness and training. It is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Talk to a doctor about any health concern, and don't rely on PitchForm in an emergency.
- Numbers such as distance, speed, sprints and heart rate come from your devices' sensors and GPS. They can be off, especially indoors or with a loose strap.
- Play safely. Wearing a phone or watch during a match is at your own risk; follow your league's rules on wearables.
- PitchForm is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be free of bugs or that no data will ever be lost. Apple Health keeps its own copy of the workouts your Watch records.
Subscription
Some features of PitchForm need a PitchForm subscription. Monthly and yearly plans are offered in the app, which shows each plan's length and price before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, any unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.
- Prices may change. Apple tells you before a higher price applies to a renewal.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Reinstalled the app or changed iPhone? Use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple Account.
Changes
We may update these terms as PitchForm changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
